AIL AT WORK

AIL AT WORK focuses on artificial intelligence (AI) in the work context and examines the transformation process of digitalization in the context of work from a human-centric perspective. In an interdisciplinary network and in cooperation with partners from the field, AIL AT WORK focuses on human users and the workplace as a social space and examines their perspective as well as the cognitive, emotional and conative demands that these new systems place on them. Building on this, modular measuring instruments for analyzing AI-related skills (AI literacy) will be developed, which will be tested and evaluated prototypically in the laboratory and in the field using newly designed AI systems. Innovative XR testbeds will be used for this purpose as part of the eXTended AI approach.
