The project ViLeArn was presented at the Digital Day Bavaria 2020. As part of the XR-Hub slot, the current prototype of project ViLeArn was streamed via Zoom.

The "XR HUB Bavaria" is an initiative to strengthen Bavaria as a media and business location. The project has three locations: XR HUB Munich, XR HUB Nürnberg and XR HUB Würzburg. All HUBs deal with questions around XR technologies and their numerous applications. XR stands for Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR). The "XR HUB Bavaria" is funded by the Bavarian State Ministry for Digital Affairs.

Gemeinsam mit PD Dr. Joachim Baumeister (denkbares GmbH) stellte Prof. Dr. Carolin Wienrich multimodale Interaktionskonzepte im Kontext des technischen Service vor.

Gemeinsam mit Vizepräsidentin Prof. Dr. Ulrike Holzgrabe und Prodekan der Fakultät für Humanwissenschaft Prof. Dr. Roland Stein nimmt Carolin Wienrich den Preis in der Universität Passau entgegen.

Podiumsdiskussion in der erweiterten / virtuellen Welt: Carolin Wienrich diskutierte in der mit anderen Expert*innen die Zukunft von AR und VR auf dem Zukunftskongress des BMBF.

ViTraS – Virtuale Therapie durch Stimulation modulierter Körperwahrnehmung gewinnt den Preis in der Kategorie best impact, ausgelobt vom Deutschen Institut für Virtuelle Realität (http://places-festival.de/divr-award/).

Once again big success for the MTS group on the prestigious IEEE VR conference in Osaka, Japan. The MTS group presented with JProf. Wienrich, Daniel Reinhardt (PsyErgo group), and Nina Döllinger 2 full paper and 2 talks.

Im Rahmen des Themenkomplexes „Normalität und Normativität“ fördert das Human Dynamics Centre (HDC) das von Dr. Astrid Carolus und JProf.in Carolin Wienrich eingereichte Projekt “Die Normalisierung intelligenter Sprachsysteme - Multi-Method-Ansatz zur Untersuchung digitaler Transformation”.
